Steele: GOP should return to 'Contract'

Sam Stein reports on a recent interview with RNC Chairman Michael Steele, who believes that the GOP doesn't need to change, despite all signs pointing to an end of the Neo-Con era. Steele even evokes Newt Gingrich's "Contract With America" and champions Sarah Palin as a future leader of the party.
